Flying Pizza in Delitzsch

Unfortunately we had to find out that a baguette was missing from our order. After I tried several times to get someone on the phone, I was allowed to complain instead of baguett I got the money + 10 cents and the food was also cold.

Contactless delivery? I'm about to burst with anger. We selected this when ordering in order to minimize the risk for everyone. What is happening? The driver first comes into the house without a mask, takes out the food and holds it right in front of his nose for acceptance. Instead of reaching out, she should come even closer. Of course she accepted this out of excitement. The website promises to put the food on the box, the driver steps back and we accept the food with sufficient distance. A promise that is worthless !! A lie!! In the current time and the current situation this is an absolute no-go !! The drivers come around everywhere and if they behave like this with all customers, that's a case for the health department! That's it for us, never again! Something like that shouldn't be!

Ordered via app, then wait 2 hours and pay more than what was displayed in the app. If you ask in the branch, it says we can't do anything What a shame

If you order in Munich, the food will always be there earlier! Ordered via supplier at 6:20 p.m. 6.40pm I received a confirmation that the order had been received or accepted. The food was delivered at 9 p.m.

After calling 53 times, someone answered it. Either no one answered or the line was busy. That doesn't work at all.

I've come around the world a lot, but I prefer to clean the bathroom, but don't sell pizza.

Let's see how long the answer will be waiting here, if one comes at all ... In any case, the pizza doesn't seem to be coming today.)

I've been a customer before and can only report positive things + delicious / good batter + mostly fast (only once I waited 40 minutes, otherwise more than 20 minutes + crazy, good pizzas + friendly, no language problems The most you could get excited about the young people, but I don't mind.

After almost 3 hours the pizza was delivered. If you try to call, nobody answers the phone or the line is busy. The status of the order could no longer be called up in the network. The driver was allowed to take the pizza away again. Let's see if the repayment via PayPal works without discussion.

The pizzas are really awesome but the service is the last thing! You already order online because nobody answers the phone and we are already waiting 2 hours for our food! 😡 Has been like this several times but now it's enough for us! NEVER AGAIN! Sh ... loading! The pizza I ordered was ready to be picked up on time. Came straight out of the oven. It doesn't get any fresher. Plus, all of the pizzas are delicious.

WHY DO YOU HAVE A TELEPHONE? We have now called Flying Pizza 101 times, it is always busy or nobody answers the phone & 'hope that the online delivery service doesn't take that long. EVEN THE DALMATIANS DIDN'T HAVE A CHANCE!

Always take to order then everything is super good pizzas! It couldn't be better!

NEVER NEVER AGAIN! Delivered wrong and the customer is to blame. I don't know any other company that delivers defective products and doesn't even show any goodwill. Very disappointing, honest!

Pizza size 26, would be delivered as 23. An olive from the farmer's salad was not seed-free! Everyone else does. Very dangerous for the teeth! Wouldn't be bad to give hints. The pizzas taste good.

We waited 3 hours for the meal today! 3 hours! but the pizzas were great! Nevertheless, one should think about the human resource planning, or do not offer to deliver. This enables customers to lose!

We ordered pizza, the pizza was a bit dry and the prices were extremely high. Unfortunately some did not like the pizza. Two stars for the unusual creations.
